The MBOX600 is the first multimedia player that doesn’t require a PC for operation. Integrating an industrial PC with sending all in one unit, the Mbox600 is fully featured, stable and flexible, all in a compact form factor. The Mbox provides Smart Control via NovaStar’s Cloud Platform, allowing you to control your screens located anywhere in the world, from anywhere in the world. This is especially useful for fixed and billboard installations.
Currently, there is only one controller on the market that fully supports HDR10, and that is the MCTRL 4K from NovaStar.
As screens get bigger and pixel pitch become ever smaller, standard controllers no longer fit the evolving needs of high-end system integrators and the rental market. NovaStar has designed the MCTRL 4K controller to meet the high requirements for these markets, allowing you to realize your most creative designs in full 4K or even HDR
HDR increases brightness, dynamic range, and bit depth, as well as widening the color gamut to BT.2020. These all add up to improved clarity, more accurate representation of real-world colors, and an overall improvement to the “realism” of an image.
The MCTRL 4K is the first product in the industry to provide a total 4K HDR solution for your application, and that’s exactly why it won a Commercial Integrator Award for “Best Video Component or Processor” in 2018.
